Almost everyone faces a time when it seems like life is just too much to handle on your own. Maybe for you it feels like your life just isn’t “you” anymore. Or maybe you’ve been feeling lonely and isolated after a big life transition (getting married or divorced, having a baby, changing careers, or whatever it may be).

Many of the people that I work with find themselves lost and lonely, longing for authentic connections with the people in their world. Some of them have a hard time setting boundaries with friends or family and end up feeling like a doormat, and others just want a safe place to word-vomit their deepest emotional fears and vulnerabilities.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I want to help you navigate through this journey. And, if you’re one of the ones that needs to word-vomit, I’ll hold the barf bowl.
